Ottawa ON. — The 2026 Ontario University Softball (OUS) Championship Weekend is heading to the nation’s capital, with the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees set to host the province’s top university softball teams in the season’s premier event.

The championship weekend will bring together the OUS’s best programs to compete for the provincial title and the opportunity to cap off an outstanding season on one of the biggest stages in university softball. Ottawa was awarded the hosting rights after the York Lions declined the rights to host this spring.
