A new leader is in place at Brock University, but it’s someone quite familiar with the organization. Raegan Turner will lead the Badgers this fall, and she has brought in some additional female leaders who have played for Brock in the past. Joining Raegan are Holly Hanchiruk and Nicole Milaniti. Turner has been involved with the Badgers program over the last number of years and will help provide some consistency and expertise on the in’s and out’s of the OUS requirements.
The Badgers are once again playing out of Lancaster Park in St Catherines (31 Wood Street), and will play their first home game on Sunday September 17th, when they host McMaster University. Before that the Badgers have a road trip taking them to TMU, Toronto, and Waterloo.
The playing roster for the fall will include 12 returning players, and Turner says “the team is also excited about numerous incoming first year students that will complement and add depth to the overall strength of the roster”.

Brock’s training camp will run over the Labour Day long weekend, September 3 to 5. The Badgers also have a pre-season game lined up with Mohawk (OCAA) on September 7th.
