The wait is over! The Ontario University Softball (OUS) league has officially released its 2026 regular season schedule, setting the stage for another exciting fall of university softball competition across the province.

The 2026 campaign will once again feature all 12 OUS member programs competing throughout September and October as teams battle for positioning in the standings and a chance to compete at the OUS Championship. With a schedule packed full of competitive matchups, returning rivalries, and opportunities for emerging programs to make their mark, fans can look forward to one of the league’s most competitive seasons yet.

Opening weekend will see all 12 teams gather in Cobourg, Ontario, providing an exciting showcase of Ontario university softball as the season gets underway. From there, teams will travel throughout the province before concluding the regular season and preparing for championship play later this fall.

Defending champions Wilfrid Laurier will look to build on their successful 2025 campaign, but every program enters the season with renewed optimism and the goal of earning a place among the league’s top contenders. With talented returning student-athletes, impactful newcomers, and experienced coaching staffs across the league, the 2026 season promises outstanding competition from the first pitch to the final out.
