First-Year Student-Athlete Scholarship

Description: 

Thanks to the generous donation from Rams Fastpitch and the 2020 High School Prospects Camp, the OUS is awarding a $300 scholarship to a student-athlete who played their first OUS season in 2021. 


Criteria: 

Student-athletes who played their first OUS season in 2021 are eligible for this scholarship. Student-athletes should submit a written reflection (maximum 500 words) which details their experience playing their first season in the OUS, what they learned, their biggest challenge and their favourite memory.

Submission Information & Deadline

Student-athletes should submit their application using the form below. Please include a photo. Applications are due by Friday November 12, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Applications should be sent to the OUS President, Steph Manson, at stephanie.manson@hotmail.com. 

All OUS Executive members will review all applications submitted; however, the final decision as to the recipient will be made by the OUS Vice-President, Kyle Smith, who is not affiliated with an OUS team.
